If you want to remove the door card then it is a straight forward job, there is an inner part of the handle that needs to be prised off this then leaves the handle and switches for electric window clear of the frame holding it in, there are a couple of clips holding the plastic surround of the handle in the door card but it is quite easy to remove.
Remove the side panel furthest from the cable reel.
